Q. What is the difference between my diskspace and email quota?
A. Your email quota is calculated separately from your diskspace usage. So, in a Basic plan, you have up to 120MB of diskspace!

Q. What is the maximum size of my database?
A. There is no maximum diskspace limit allocated. But you may be charged for excessive usage of databases.

Q. What is the maximum message size I can send?
A. There is no limit to the maximum message size you can send. But your recipient may not be able to receive your email if it is too large.

Q. What happened to my webhosting service after it expires?
A. As all services are offered strictly on a pre-paid basis, we will cease our services with you on the expiry date if we receive no written notice of the renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiry date.

Q. The service provided to me seem to be incorrect, who do I inform?
A. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any incorrect details or services provided within valid subscription with us or within the grace period of 14 days from the day of expiry with our service. We will look into the matter upon receipt of the documentation proof. Any enquiries made after the grace period may be considered void and hence may not be entertained.
